Thoughts from the TEI conference ’09

There were a great number of exhibitors and a wealth of  tangible user interfaces (TUI’s). One of the highlights for me, was Bart Hengeveld’s Paper titled “Tangibles for Toddlers Learning Language” and this was not only due to its relevance, but simply because I felt it was an elegant example of leveraging simple technologies and combining it with a good understanding of what children need/require for facilitated learning.
